2020 CGA Fall Amateur Championship

October 9-11, 2020
Eligibility: Players with a handicap index lower than 5.0. Update: This event is now open to players of any age 18+.
Format: 54 holes individual stroke play with no cut.
Field Size: Maximum of 90 players
Deadline: Friday, October 2nd | 11:00 PM
Divisions: Mens and Womens Championships will be scored and awarded separately.
Approximate Yardages: Womens (6,450), Mens (7,300)
WAGR: This event will be ranked by WAGR for both men and women.
Entry Fee: $250.00, which includes:
- Organized Practice Round (Thursday, October 8th)
- 3 Competition Rounds (54 holes)
- Breakfast and Lunch on all 3 Competitions Days (October 9th, 10th & 11th)
Practice Round Sign-Up: Players will need to sign up for their desired practice round tee time. This can be done in the "Players and Pairings" tab.
Schedule of Events:
Thursday, October 8: Organized Practice Round (8:30 - 10:30 AM)
Friday, October 9: Round 1 (8:30 - 10:30 AM)
Saturday, October 10: Round 2 (8:30 - 10:30 AM)
Sunday, October 11: Round 3 (8:30 - 10:30 AM)
Other Information:
- Motorized carts are prohibited - walking only
- There will be no caddies during the event
- Spectators are allowed
- Practice facilities will be available free of charge for the duration of the event
COVID-19 Guidelines: Player health and safety expectations will be communicated in pre-event e-mails based on state, county, city, and facility policies at that time. All players will be required to sign a liability waiver which will be provided prior to the event.
