Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members. The combined handicap index of the side must not exceed 9.0.

The past three years champions are guaranteed entry into the field as long as both members are still part of the same side. If that side is not one of the first 104 teams into the field, the last teams in the active field will be moved to the waitlist and the past champion team will be in the field. 

Field Size: Maximum of 104 teams (208 Players).

Entry Fee: $520.00 per team. Players have the option to split payment between teammates at registration.

Registration Deadline: Friday, April 25, 2025 at 05:00 PM

Format: 54 holes of Four-Ball stroke play. The field will be cut to the low 40 teams and ties after 36 holes.

Friday May 2: 

• 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Legacy Ridge
• 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Thorncreek

Saturday May 3:

• 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Legacy Ridge
• 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Thorncreek

Sunday May 4:

• 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Legacy Ridge

Carts: Carts are included in the entry fee for all players for each day. Players may also choose to walk or use a push cart. Carts are limited to 2 per group. 

Spectators: Spectators may walk the course provided they keep a respectful distance from players.

Practice Facilities: The driving range will be made available by 7:00 a.m. each morning at no additional charge to the player.

Practice Round Information: 

• Legacy Ridge: Green fees are available at the course rate and may be made 14 days in advance. Please book times online or through the Westy app.
• Thorncreek: Players may make a tee time at the posted rate on a space available basis. Please call the golf shop: (303)-450-7055

Player Food: Food will be available for purchase each day at the responsibility of the player.
